Shipping

Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Orders are generally shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Shipping charges and available shipping options will be shown during checkout.

At this time, standard shipping is available within the contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. military addresses, or destinations outside the U.S., please contact me before ordering to discuss available options

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Damaged Shipments

Every effort is made to ensure artwork arrives safely. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of the artwork, the shipping box, and the packaging materials, and keep all original packaging while the issue is being resolved.

Returns

Because each painting is an original, one-of-a-kind work, all sales are generally final.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. I want you to be happy with the piece you purchased and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate issue.

Please keep in mind that colors may appear somewhat different in person than they do on a screen due to photography, lighting, and individual display settings.

Original Artwork & Copyright

Unless specifically stated otherwise, artwork offered on this website is original work by Fred Pfeifer.

Purchase of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, license, or commercially use the artwork or images of the artwork without prior written permission.
